As we reported previously, Poinpy and fellow original indie games Lucky Luna and Oxenfree II ranked in the bottom three Netflix games by lifetime downloads as of March 2025.
Poinpy was later removed from the Netflix games catalogue but has now returned under the Devolver label, without any in-app purchases or ads. Players can, however, ‘tip’ creator Ojiro Fumoto if they want to with in-app purchases that range from $1.99-9.99.
