states that the game is being removed from app stores on August 23rd, and the game will go offline permanently on October 15.
AppMagic estimates suggest the game has generated over $106m in lifetime IAP earnings for Scopely, with 62% of that revenue coming from players in the US. Lifetime downloads stand at just over 41m, with 19% of the installs from US players, followed by Brazil (10%), Mexico (8%) and Russia (6%).

The game team announced there will be a calendar of daily giveaways as a farewell to existing players before the game disappears for good on October 15.
The team added: “This isn’t an easy goodbye. For years, this community has built alliances that turned into real friendships, fought through wars together, and enjoyed plenty of laughs along the way.”
“We’ve watched Toonsters grow from strangers into teammates, and from teammates into true friends. We don’t take that lightly, and it’s with real sadness that we say goodbye to this wonderful community.”
